I have designed and created a Tudor Tabbed Corset based on a design that could have been worn by Anne Boleyn. It is constructed of cotton twill with metal boning and is laced by eyelets. It is worn with a chemise and a Spanish farthingale. The pattern for the farthingale is from Juan de Alcega’s Tailor’sPattern Book, published in 1589.
